AICMT International Private Limited, is Central Pollution Control Board, Certified Manufacturer of Compostable Plastics (Certificate Number: AICMT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED/Telangana/578), with an installed production capacity of 100 Metric Tons Granule Production Capacity per month and 60 Metric Tons per month capacity and a floor size of 10,000 Square Feet. It is currently serving 350+ Customers/Institutions/Organizations across 5 States in India.

AICMT is recognized as a Startup under “Startup India”, by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (Cert. No. DIPP84553) and is also an MSME ZED Bronze certified under MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme for its Zero efficiency defects Production process.

Director

Shaik Jani Pasha holds an MBA specialising in Marketing and HR from IBS Dehradun and brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Project Management and Administration to his role as Director of AICMT Bio Products.

Over the past four years, he has developed focused expertise in the manufacturing of compostable plastics—specifically granules and film-based products—positioning the company at the forefront of sustainable materials innovation.

Known for his strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking, Jani Pasha is committed to driving growth, enhancing operational excellence, and leading AICMT Bio Products to new heights in the bio-plastics industry.

Shaik Hafeeza

Director

Shaik Hafeeza is an Executive MBA graduate and seasoned executive leader with cross-sector experience in biodegradable manufacturing, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects. She currently serves as Director at AICMT International Private Limited, where she drives innovation in eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions aligned with national sustainability initiatives. Through strategic collaboration with DRDO, she supports efforts to replace single-use plastics and advance circular economy objectives under the registered trade name AICMT Bioproducts.

Previously, she held a leadership role in Human Resources at Hopeworth Infra, overseeing HR strategy and administrative operations for major railway tunnel and highway projects, while supporting senior management in organizational planning and execution.

Director

Shaik Haseena is an MBA graduate and accomplished business professional with expertise in strategic leadership, operations management, and organizational development. She currently serves as Director at AICMT International, where she spearheads market expansion, operational scaling, and data-driven initiatives that have resulted in sustained revenue growth, enhanced production capacity, and a strengthened regional market presence.

Previously, she led the Human Resources function at MB Infra, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and workforce optimization, contributing to improved productivity and robust organizational governance. With a strong academic background in international business and management, she brings a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach to building sustainable and high-performing organizations.

Biodegradable & Compostable Raw Material
The raw materials ( plants and organic materials such as Pellets/Granules made from PBAT) that we use to manufacture our products are completely disintegrated, biodegradable and compostable within 120 days. They are non-toxic, 100% decomposable, safe and do not require recycling. They are harmless for humans and animals and hence making them completely safe for the ecosystem.

Bio Compostable Films
AICMT Bio Compostable films are manufactured using Conventional Blowing methods from our Biodegradable and Compostable Pellets. Films are available in multiple colors and thickness ranging from 30 to 120 microns. AICMT films with excellent heat sealing property and printability.
